A reading is unavailable

Check your internet connection and tap Try again. Some source services may be temporarily unavailable. A pending layer means its evidence has not resolved; it is not a zero or an estimated replacement.

Understanding the dates

City and housing fundamentals currently use the US Census ACS 5-year 2023 release. They are historical estimates. The Cividian Score is a derived city screening model, not a property appraisal, investment recommendation or prediction of returns. Open a layer to inspect its source and method.

Location and recent places

You can search by name without enabling location. To change location permission, open iOS Settings, find Cividian and select Location. The app requests no background location. In the app, Settings → Clear recent places removes the places saved on this device.

Privacy requests

The native city app requires no account. For privacy questions, requests concerning website account data, or corrections to a source, email the support address above. See the native app privacy details and terms of use.
